Yes! Excellent news. I was afraid they were going to skip out on the Dorne scenes.

If they wanted to cut it from the show, I think they could have. There's nothing that's happening in Dorne that has had any major impact in the rest of Westeros. Now that they introduced Oberyn, it would be weird not to show the rest of what is going on i Dorne though.

Ellaria Sand tries to start a coupe against her father to crown Myrcella princess of Westeros so they can go to war with the Lannisters.  That would be kind of hard to show without Dorne being involved.
