Compare the working conditions, time and financial resources between Obsidian and Bethesda. Oh, and don't forget Bethesda owns their own property, while Obsidian works under contracts.
Not all Obsidian games are perfect, but their work ethic and creative processes are much better than Bethesda's has ever been (and most likely will be).
Not to derail the topic, of course. Just thinking out loud how much I'd enjoy seeing a Star Wars game from Obsidian, if they were given enough freedom and resources, of course.
