Alien Predator Comics I Can't Find

Hi everyone,

I'm currently building a rather comprehensive Alien Predator comic/lore collection. I have found most of them through various methods online, but I'll post the stragglers here. If anyone happens to have any of these and is willing to share and such, I would really appreciate it. 

List:

   Aliens: Crusade (July 1993-Feb 1994, incomplete)
   The Compleat Aliens (Sept 1993) - I doubt anyone has this digitally
   Aliens: Salvation and Sacrifice (Mar 2001)
   Do Aliens Dream? (July 1990)

   Aliens vs. Predator 2 (Jan 1992-Feb 1993) aka Aliens vs. Predator II
   Dark Horse Classics - Aliens versus Predator (Feb-July 1997)
   Alien vs. Predator: Sand Trap (Oct 2007)
   Aliens vs. Predator: Deadspace (Mar 2008)
   Alien vs. Predator: Whoever Wins...We Lose (Nov 2005)

The Compleat Aliens = Aliens v1 (Volume One / Book One) + Aliens v2 (Volume Two / Book Two) + Aliens v3 / Earth War

Aliens: Salvation and Sacrifice = Aliens: Salvation + Aliens: Sacrifice

Aliens vs. Predator 2 = AVP WAR

Dark Horse Classics - AvP = Same as the first AVP series!

AvP: Whoever Wins...We Lose = stories from "Aliens vs. Predator: Annual"

Cool, thanks for clearing that up! Didn't know that AVP 2 was War and Whoever Wins was Annual - luckily, I have both War and Annual. Originally figured that they were separated or changed in some way. Thanks again!
