Some Pre-order confusion

Hi Guys, just needed something cleared up for me, if I was to order the Aliens Colonial Marines : Limited Edition from gamestop for PC, would I get the ;-

Four movie characters: Cpl. Hicks, Pvt. Hudson, Sgt. Apone and Pvt. Drake
An exclusive weapon: Ripley's flamethrower
Additional marine customisations

AND the S.H.A.R.P. rifle?

Also will the product key (I assume they give you one) work with "Activate a product on Steam", I'm pretty confused to preorder the steam version but it only mentions the PC only S.H.A.R.P. rifle but nothing about the other features?

Is steam making up their own limited pc only edition that only includes the S.H.A.R.P.?
