I love the part where Grif asks the Meta for help and it throws the warthog at him.

They didn't film the whole episode in Forge, just the part where the Meta lifts up the warthog, because otherwise they wouldn't have been able to film washington properly because you can only play team games in Forge as far as I know, and I've spent ages trying to set it up for non-team games, or at least games where you retain normal coloured armour.
