Sadly, Origins still seems to be the red headed stepchild of the series. Still really playable on Steam Deck, even if modern consoles are out of reach.

You can play it on Xbox Series X/S via backward compatibility, but only with the physical disc.  They won't even sell a digital download of it.

I still have my original copy and PS3 thankfully. Origins has the best story and boss fights, no doubt about it from my point of view.

You can play Origins on the modern Xbox consoles but only with a physical copy of the disc.
