Play it now. But be warned, it is very hard. Unless you play on Ninja Dog. 

Only at first. First time I played it I almost broke my controller out of sheer anger, but after I beat Normal, it became easier. But Hard is just >_<

What bit are you on now? I'm at the bit where you fight the Dragon that comes out the Lava. Spamming the Windmill Shuriken seems to do the trick.

She is literally the hardest boss in any game, ever. I was so happy when she died.

It's a doddle. Just use Explosive arrows on the tanks when they have gunners, and ASDAFS (whatever they're called) when they don't.
