When do you think 'Alien' will be remade?

I've thought that the possibility of Alien getting remade is strong. That doesn't mean I want it to. I'd say 2012-2015.

I don't know if they'd remake it. I doubt they would since most remakes suck complete and total balls and that's definitely not what the Alien franchise needs right now.

They have to continue with a sequel to Alien:Resurrection or something new 100 years after A:R.

Is that from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake? Because to be fair that remake was actually pretty good. I watched the original and the remake back to back, and the remake holds up pretty well.
Another good remake is John Carpenter's 'The Thing'.

That said an 'Alien' remake would still be a horrible idea.
