they actually wasted time designing the genitals rather than working on making sure the predators were true to the stan winston design? 
Even if they did make it into the movie, having huge ass peni on the screen would be crossing the line into porn.  It goes the same way with breasts.

It would translate on screen looking like a wrestling match, you'd just see all these chest and back muscles and such. No actual "nudity". The nude part might look cool as a cartoon or comic, but no way for live action.
