Never thought of Deckard as a villain, just kind of an asshole.

Shot two women in the back, arguably raped another after annihilating her self-awareness, and got owned (then spared) by the true hero of the story. If the movie was told from any other point-of-view we'd see him as a monster.

I love Toht. Off the flippin' scale/10. The kind of archetypal bad guy only GL can pull off.

Sort of like...hey! Ming the Merciless!
