I imagined you...larger somehow.

I used to be.  I've always struggled to put on weight and after I lost all the weight in Africa its been hard to put back on.  Walking around in that heat with body armor got rid of both fat and muscle.  When I got back from Ethiopia I was all the way down to 159.  I hadn't weighed that since I was a sophomore in HS and was way shorter than I am now.

I'm still 6'1" and 175 lbs though so I'm not a lightweight running around.  Trying to get up to 185 by the end of the semester now that I have an easier course load this semester. 

Unlike most guys now though I don't want to be 200 plus pound guy running around.  185 with about five percent bodyfat..........I'd be happy with that.

You're like me. I'm 6'2" and maintain a healthy 185-190 roughly speaking. I workout three times a week and do my best to eat well. I've managed to kick simple carbs and bad sugar for the past few days now, which for me, is a pretty big deal.
