agreed, i looked for it over and over when it was first mentioned but zippo, and went back again to look at that pic and can see absolutely nothing even remotely resembling a serpent or face!.

You mean the gif with the guy jumping from above?!  I'm pretty sure that the general consensus was that the "creature" at the bottom of the frame is another member of the human crew.  Like ThisBethesdaSea said, a serpent is what he sees but I sure ain't never seen a snake resemble a man wearing a space suit so much.

Yeah, thats what I resolved myself to. Space suit guy jumping at space suit guy (or non-human).
Didn't see a serpent thingie though...

Let's see how they rate the trailer - use the advanced search facility to check, I'd say it'll be up this week. I'm thinking, based on the Canadian rating, it will be a 12.

The BBFC are really liberal when it comes to ratings, but you never know - if it is a 15, then the PG-13/R debate is dead. It WILL be an R movie and a 15 at least in the UK.

It's a person in the bottom, a person in a suit.
The same person that burns someone/thing in the leaked pics from SDCC.
They are in the vehicules hangar (check the lights).







I would be very suprised that the "thing" jumping on the crew member is an actual creature coz from the shot it makes no doubt that you will be able to see it clearly in the HD trailer, spoiling one of the major asset very early seems unlikely.
My money is on a crew member (an artificial human maybe) gone rogue...
