Favourite Marine weapon?

Easily the M-56 Smartgun.
It's extremely effective and if you opponents moving too fast you can get better accuracy by using the manual firing mode.

Shotgun - it adds to the tension of the game when you have to get in close range, and everyone loves yummy bite size alien and predator chuncks!

The Pulse Rifle. There's versatility in unloading on a foe on the other side of the map or in close encounters, and the grenades do so much damage even when they don't hit home that it levels the difficulty inherent in the fast Aliens and tough Predators.

Hell yeah that's my third favorite gun.

It does make things more challenging, but i love the sound and feel of it!

It's especially awesome during the mission (3rd) when you have to kill a bunch of humans!

Also, the flamethrower torches aliens like no freakin tommorrow!

But best is definately shotty, or pulse (only cuz of grenade launcher). I love shooting of heads or legs with the shotgun!

It kills everything in 1 hit except heavy predators and maybe praetorians.  Even though they survive they barely have 10% health.

In vanilla AvP2 I'd say my fav weapon would be the pulse rifle for the versatility.  In AJL mod I like using the smartgun, doesn't feel as overpowered and I don't feel guilty or get moaned at as much.
