How do I look better? dyed or natural look?🙈 (the dark one )





I've mixed feelings about facial hair. Sometimes I like it, but it makes me look older, which I don't like at all.

Yes, I wear blue glasses. No, they are not transitioning. Yes, I can see fine with them, clearer actually. No, they are not for the computer.

But do they have a calming effect on the brain? Reduce glare in snowy conditions? Improve object contours?

You are definitely rocking both! 😃 but to pick I'd say natural/dark/shaved really suits! 😊

Takes a lot of the pressure off my eyes. My eyesight has actually gotten better. Eye doctor took me off to the side and said it's rare for someone of my age, 40, to have their eyesight get better.

Sorry. Didn't catch your post till now. Honestly, you look good with natural color and facial hair. I prefer that over the other. You also don't look older to me.

Ok, I hate pics of myself so for me posting this is difficult.  I can't even stand looking in the mirror at myself.  So, I decided to post my picture to see if I had the guts and the confidence to do so.  Not easy for me, silly I know, so here it is my ugly mug. About to get ready to do some boxing training.  I use to be nearly 19 stone in weight.  I'm currently down to 16 stone 

Posting this has really set my anxiety levels through the roof

My brother was a professional boxer.  He retired this year and opened a boxing gym locally.  I started training in July this year.  I'm training for the fitness side of it.  It can be difficult and quite painful for me with the medical condition with my feet, knees and hips.  But luckily my brother knows what to do  with me and is a massive help.  It has been good for my mental health as well

My brother was a professional boxer.  He retired this year and opened a boxing gym locally.  I started training in July this year.  I'm training for the fitness side of it.  It can be difficult and quite painful for me with the medical condition with my feet, knees and hips.  But luckily my brother knows what to do  with me and is a massive help.  It has been good for my mental health as well 

I was going to say, it's supposed to be quite good for mental wellbeing too. Cool that your brother was a professional! That's a really good connection there sounds like it's going well on the fitness side of things then!
