Probably the skin texture in the membrane that links upper mandibles and lower mandibles (since they're in the same place as Gill's... gills are).

OmegaZilla follows me. That's why I put "gills" in quotes. They're probably not really gills like in fishes, but they sort of look like them (to me at least).

I thought we were talking about gill indentations that were on Chopper's mask.  Wow, I really don't know my Predator gills.

What we were saying is that Chopper's 'gills' on his mask are a translation into mask design of that skin texture - as, for example, Gort Predator mimicked a Predator face, kind of, in his mask design.

Hard to see only because when the Pred opens his mouth they disappear entirely. Which lends itself to what I said about skin contractions.
