Im not quite sure. I was thinking about who's fault was and who's idea was to remove ALL the biomechanicality from the alien and turn his body into slimy muscles and flesh instead. I doubt Fincher was behind it, and that slimy plain monster design started with ALien 3, coincidentally when ADI took over. And then in A:R they looked like bug and lost all the sexuality, including the penis head that was replaced with a shape that resembled lady bug. And then in AVPs. I doubt that coincidentally all of those directors didnt want a biomechanoid and wanted Pumpkinhead instead
