So cool!  And now I'm back to liking the Aliens version of the Alien.  Just a cooler, richer design.

The alien changed the least it ever did between the two movies, perhaps thats why I love the alien from the first two films so much more than any of the latter ones which didnt resemble the original much and resembled Pumpkinhead a whole lot (incidentally, designed by the same guys who took over the alien design). Plus, the last biomechanical design was in Aliens

I cant decide which version I like more, original or Aliens, and in a general stroke theyre the same sans hands, and of course, the dome is off, but I think the ribbed design that Giger did IS cool and almost too cool to cover up, so while I find the smooth head creepy, Im glad the Giger ridges got exposed in the sequel.

As far as the figure, I kinds like the Alien Warrior from the Egg bluray Anthology packaging best

Oh yeah, one part of the redesign I truly didnt like. Prefer the more human feet, yet I prefer the less human hands on the warrior so, Im weird that way. Warriors hands remind me of Bennys hand from Total Recall, I really like that redo, look creepy to me

Oh and Im also a fan of a man shaped alien, which was featured only in the first two as well. It looks eerie to me more disturbing. Never a fan of the digitrade legs aside from the Runner for whom it made sense because it came from an animal
