Looks like a Disney toy.

Ya. It's certainly one of the more weird ass things I've found lately.  The fact that medicom made them in 3 different sizes, the largest being over 2 feet tall just adds to the crazy. 

The design is like H.R. went and visited Disneyland for his inspiration for the Alien when he visited Los Angeles.  I'm pretty sure at least one of the images in 'H.R. Giger's Necronomicon' has a mickey mouse ears hat depicted in it. 

The guy had a great sense of humor, hey.
