Definitely! I love pretty much any shot of the Queen from the films. It always looks so damn impressive!

Yep it's blu-ray & a lot of patience going frame by frame haha. It's too bad there was a lot of times it was too blurry to get certain parts I wanted but still good enough I suppose. I realize the one alien I actually forgot to get a screenshot of is Ferro's xeno that gets her. My computer was being stupid & by accident skipped that part & just kept continuing. The picture above though of the Alien in the workshop no that's not my pic posted, no idea where on that one.

How are you using VLC to play Blu-rays? I didn't think it supported it.

Looking at some of the images I was thinking "If they advertised the movie with those stills everyone would think it looked like a cheap DTV movie."

Particularly the grabs of the Alien in Operations that's next to the wall getting shot. Those flashes of light only last one or two frames in the movie but when you isolate them they really show the flaws. Speaks volumes to how good a job they did getting so much out of so little.

Yeah, it was definitely a good idea to use the the puppets for advertising images. I don't think the leotard suits would have been too impressive.
