The design only fit the dog alien really aspect really.......though I didn't like the amount of flesh they covered it in...

The Resurrection warriors looked especially bad though. Like I've said previously; they looked anorexic.

Every design from Alien3 onwards had the ribs too 'upswept'.

The A3 design was really quite good IMO. Had it been turned into a biped with dorsal spines for subsequent films, I think ADI would've nailed it.

Inner arms are nod to more atavistic nautre like six fingers on human alien. Every creature on pandora, excepte Na`vi, have six limbs.

Lose the dreads though.

I don't think that maquette has dreads.

Basically I think a Predalien should be designed around the Cameron/Winston warriors, weird armblades and all. It's a real shame Winston never got to do it... it would have brought together two of his finest creations.

Anyway, anyone like the Alien design in the new Colonel Marines game? I think it's a nice combination of previous designs and works for when you don't have to worry about a suit actor.
