I actually liked that she was clunky in her movements. For some reason it made her seem more intimidating, to me anyway.

Thats cause her arms are attached way back than they've been portrayed since. Almost on her back. I also love the ways she moves. Very creepy.

Her movements in Aliens were weird and elegant. The way her arms were spread out, showed that she was a dominant organism and also her movements seemed feminine to me. In AvP they were too smooth and it really seemed that her movements were too animal-like.

I could put up any of Giger's work and say,"Look it's an Alien!"

The technique sure is bio-mechanical, but certain things like the spiky arms, the shoulders and the sides of the head make it look different from the Giger Alien.
