Yoda is incredibly skilled at jumping around so quickly it's hard to follow him.
He'd effectively jump over the aliens heads while slicing through said heads for about 30 seconds and they'd be dead.
And don't bring acid blood into this because unless it's a sloppy stab (Obi Wan killing Darth Maul for instance) the lightsaber cauterizes the wound.
