Because you think the Graboid would emerge that much from the ground while hunting? It would sneak up below the Queen. Outcome is still likely to be a tie/in favor of the Queen, mostly because of the acid blood, but the way it is pictured here is unlikely. The Graboid ain't that stupid to face an opponent that size like that 'PEEKABOO LOL IM GRABOID'.
Looking at the picture anyway, I noticed the Queen lacks the inner arms.
