Well, when I said "running around scaring people" I didn't mean that literally.

I mean, it would be cool to briefly see it. The skull face could then quickly flatten out and darken to be like the ALIENS head.

One of the most awesome things about the design is the almost complete lack of a face.  All we're left with is a mass of teeth, followed by more teeth.

Maybe not silly but weird and I think inappropriate. Its the skull after all, inside an organic dome. It would be weird and illogical to have a dead, eyeless and noseseless skull out. Inside? Sure, every organism has it inside. But outside? Nah

It works because it's subtle. Take the dome off it and it's another bargain-basement skull-face monster.

Here I disagree. Without the dome its still a penis shaped head with skeletal ribs on it and human skull upfront. Its still a phenomenal and very original and unique design

Who me? if youre asking me then yeah, I wanted something that could kind of announce that Im a big fan of both Aliens and Alien 3 which is something rare I see since it looks like fans of both movies tend to be divided and spit venom at the other movie and its fans

Skullface wrecks it. Removing the eye sockets when they removed the dome saved it.

I'm all for the skull beneath the dome, as I said, but without a covering on it, it looks goofy.
