I'm sure it's the model used for the cover of Alien Trilogy.

I didn't find any text-free version, unfortunately.

I'm sure it's the CGI model used for the cover of Alien Trilogy.

I always thought it's the puppet or something. Would never have guessed it's CGI.

It is the / a puppet. The CGI one is likely fanmade.

Also that image of the face was used in most of the Alien³ marketing stuff, especially the other games.
