Finally Gordon is defeated! I thought he made for a good antagonist for the Brothers. And on a side note, the hunter Gordon kills, Kubrick is Michael Massee who's actually the mystery character in the shadows in The Amazing Spider-Man.

What do you think of Bobby so far, by the way? I'm so used to seeing him as the father figure that I sometimes forget about John.

I've grown to really like him. He's great around the brothers. More so than John ever was. Do we ever get to know some of his backstory?

Yup, there an episode in Season 7 that's pretty much devoted to it. And then there's one were we get to see him with his wife again. And one where he's trapped inside his own mind, living some of his past over and over.

There's also an episode in Season 4 (or 5) that's the "average" day of Bobby Singer.

Bobby Singer is also the name of one of the creators of the show.
