Signature and Avatar Requests

Would someone who is proficient with photoshop like to make a new banner for my blog? It would have to be the same size as the one I have already (see here: http://alienseries.wordpress.com/)

I'm open to designs but something incorporating imagery from the three Alien movies and even Prometheus would be brilliant (no giant Prommy head though... it's over-exposed.)

I kept the flames out, and I kept the bottom right corner in as that was a part of the body. Are there any changes you want or is this satisfactory?

Could any of you fine chaps or ladies make this transparrent for me? I've tried doing it myself but it hasn't been done cleanly. and I don't think it is perfectly centered, but that doesn't really matter.

I'll give it a shot but that text is already looking a little rough around the edges. It would be ideal if we knew what the name of that font was.
