Xbox for quite a few years limits their exclusives only in the console sphere, which means pretty much every Xbox exclusive is available on PC as well.

Oh yes deffinitelly used to, but Xbox changed their approach around the end of last gen consoles era. And since then pretty much everything comes to PC as well.

Still waiting to play Halo 5 on PC though, somehow that was not included in any of the bundles.
