is Blacksite any good? i loved Area 51 on PS2, but i heard Blacksite is nothing to do with it, and it never got very good review scores, but a good testimonial might sway me.

is Blacksite any good? i loved Area 51 on PS2, but i heard Blacksite is nothing to do with it, and it never got very good review scores, but a good testimonial might sway me.

Your right its a slighty different story so I guess it could a reboot/remake, actually imo its a little better than the first Area 51 for the ps2. Its more realistic like the weapons are the m4 assault rifle and standard pistol etc....you do get a few alien weapons which to be honest arent that great. Just stick w/ your m4, I like the whole story line and the twists it takes. The controls can be a little better but to me its not a big deal, the enemys you face range from Iraqe terrorists to aliens called "Squid Dogs" you'll see what I mean. There is a little gimmick which dosent really matter but they have a morale system where the more kickass you are at killing enemys the better your squad is and the morale goes down if just hide and stuff. Also there is your basic squad commands whch you dont really need to use but its there if you want to, all in all I give it a 8/10. I'd give it a rent but I bought it used (it originally came out in '07) at Gamestop for $10.00 or you can just download the demo if you have a x360/ps3 and see for yourself.

I used to set my dinosaurs loose all the time, I'd delete the entrances after gaining like 300 guests and then release the raptors and the T-Rex.
