Interesting that Netflix will be doing this overlapping with them also giving Guillermo del Toro the go-ahead on his own Frankenstein (which is supposed to be very close to the original novel and will thus feature the Bride in some capacity as well), but sure, whatever! These classic stories are so interesting because there's so much room to interpret them differently, and it isn't like Universal itself isn't putting out two Dracula movies in a single year with Renfield and The Last Voyage of the Demeter.

Definitely curious about this one, will be following its development and I can't wait to check it out. I should go back and watch Gyllenhaal's The Lost Daughter, actually; haven't seen that one yet.

In Sting's defense, Jennifer Beals was way too hot for Kurgan back then.

Hell, she ain't bad now.  She made a good twi'lek in the Boba Fett show.

From a Netflix release to IMAX? Gyllenhaal made out like a bandit here, good for her.
