Hidden Headgear found in video review

Any one happen to stumble upon this one? I had completed all 4 campaigns, unlocked the horde mode and its not listed in the headgear you can trade in for those points.

Any ideas?

Does it matter what difficulty? Do we get rarer ones if we go intense?

FYI, its called the Targeting Headset and people have reportedly found it on 4-3 in a hidden cache. Can't wait to get it~

update: just got it in the hidden cache on 3-4
