Nothing in Hostel is even remotely hard to watch.

Hostel 2 on the other hand...

Another thing that made me cringe was a scene in Wilderness.

Where the man has been crossbowed to a tree and five or six dogs start mauling him. You see them eating his insides and stuff, but the thing that made me flinch was seeing the dog rip his fingers off and him screaming in agony.

The tendon slashing in childsplay is a pretty convincing one, and it isnt too bloody so they show it on tv lol.
