i think that the disigner of the sulaco fotgot to put some parachutes in the EEV´s hahaha if in alien3 the EEV didn´t crashed in water you could say goodbye to ripley

Well, there's a simple answer to that. It's a plot hole. Isn't that simple.
Or maybe there was a way, but it was damaged from the acid.

How it a plothole? Presumably, under favourable circumstances, the landing would be much neater.

Well what are the odds that the Sulaco would be near a planet at the time of the EEV disengaging?

Normally the EEV would set down using landing thrsusters.  The novel explains it was damaged during launch, unfortunately the film left this rather murky to say the least - much like the rest of the films opening.
