Lambert Cocooned?

I was reading H.R Giger's Book of Film (can't remember what it's called) but there was some artwork that was labelled as Lambert Cacooned. I can't remember her ever being cacooned in any of the other media?

All things considered that was probably her ultimate fate had the Nostromo not exploded.  However I've never read anything scripted or shot.
