I liked Jackie Chan Adventures too. There are some funny moments.

I didn't mind the character Angel. I liked Spike better but come season 4 + season 5 of Angel he was pretty damn bad ass.

Do you know what channel that show is on anymore?  I can't seem to ever find it on.  I enjoyed it quite a bit when I was younger.  (I am from the USA, btw, since you might be from somewhere else.)
