I think you're totally right about that. That was really idiotic and you don't need to be a scientist to not do that. I mean, our human immune system can't handle an alien microorganism. Hell, just think in COVID-19, and then imagine the deadly little bastards waiting for victims beyond Earth (if any). But even for the sake of the alien planet, is something beyond stupid & also a dick move, cos you're contaminating the alien ecosystem with your human microbiome as well

I think you're totally right about that. That was really idiotic and you don't need to be a scientist to not do that. I mean, our human immune system can't handle an alien microorganism. Hell, just think in COVID-19, and then imagine the deadly little bastards waiting for victims beyond Earth (if any).
