Too many (sort of) Alien-related games at once!
(Actually, that's good)

Please no, the base experience was beautiful but also just was miserable in terms of gameplay, a sequel if anything.

I want more.

Still Collating...

A DLC or a Sequel even better, PLEASE!!!

I Scorn this videogame.

Nightmare Asylum

I really like Scorn, myself. The combat was infuriatingly clunky/grueling at times, but never in a way that made me want to actually quit playing. I thought the puzzles were pretty genuinely excellent, with the real fun meat of the game centering around figuring them out, and the production design is of course astounding.

I'd play more Scorn, be it a DLC or a full on followup.

Wweyland

I generally love "walking simulators" and anything Giger/Alien, but hate mazes (especially adventure games with mazes). Would this be for me?

Still Collating...

It has puzzles which aren't always the easiest, and the layout can be very maze like. And the combat is not really fast or fluid, it's slow and risky. So it's not just a walking simulator, it has those other elements as well.

But the aesthetics are fantastic. And the experience of playing it yourself is indescribable imo. If you really can't put up with mazes and difficulty of the game, maybe just a walkthrough from YouTube might be the best option for you.

It's also mercifully short if you find it frustrating. I see most people claiming they finished it in 4 hours, but between my lack of skill and desire to soak in the atmosphere, it took me about 6.5 hours.

So is the game good or bad, I played it but I haven't finished it. There hasn't been any big reviews on YouTube.

Thatguy2068

I just finished scorn, I am speechless in a bad way. What was this game?

BlueMarsalis79

A vertical slice with awful combat.

And no story, but if you want the answers, there is a art book that has every context for the game, it only cost you like $20-$30. Are we this low to not include stories in a video game like this. Why not includes it so we can know what the f**k is going on

I actually like that about it. For me it was more about the experience rather than the story, but I also loved interpreting a story from my own perspective based on the environment and actions. It's an adventure game. I also have the art book because whatever, I love the art.

The combat's whatever, I've played worse.
