The House of the Undying wouldn't have worked onscreen if depicted right out of the book. Seen visually, it's not so mysterious and could have spoiled the RW in advance. I like what we got with the ruins of the throne room, because even book readers don't know what it entails.

I'm thinking more in terms of this prophecy:

It was pretty important to her development, so they should work it back in somehow.

Other than needing more GreatJon, I think I'm more dissapointed at Robb's lack of Lords and northern supporters in seasons 2 and 3.  Really kinda made it look like he only had 2 lords with him after being crowned King.   Changing the whole Northen storyline where Robb plans to retake the North instead of sacking Casterly Rock before the RW....Lack of the direwolves and their importance/connection(ok, maybe I just mean screentime), to the Stark children was also frustrating.

Greatjon was missed sorely, aye. The actor had scheduling conflicts, so I'm willing to forgive his absence in Season 2. Him not being in 3, though, was unforgivable.
