John Matrix(from the 1985 action movie Commando) and John Rambo(from the movie First Blood: Part 2) are the protagonists.
A secret small group of vigilantes by the name of Black Wolf sent John Matrix and John Rambo from Earth to a planet called Persephone 501. Black Wolf are actually former government intelligence agents. Persephone 501 is very far from Earth.
Black Wolf sent John Matrix and John Rambo to Persephone 501 to destroy the Weyland Yutani Corporation, all mercenaries working for the corporation, and all aliens from the Alien franchise(such as the deacon, etc.). The reason for this is because the Weyland Yutani Corporation became ruthless and evil when it came to using xenomorph experiments on humans.
The mercenaries working for the Weyland Yutani Corporation are military in style.
Most of the time in this crossover movie, John Matrix and John Rambo will be shirtless as well as wearing sweatbands.

Area 1 - Weyland Yutani Corporation mercenary base(John Matrix and John Rambo will arrive on Persephone 501 by arriving at the Weyland Yutani Corporation mercenary base. John Matrix and John Rambo will arrive at the mercenary base by coming down from a spaceship. After that, John Rambo and John Matrix will begin fighting the Weyland Yutani Corporation mercenaries in the mercenary base. Thunder from the sky and lightning strikes from the sky are happening frequently during John Matrix and John Rambo's battle against the mercenaries.)

First, John Matrix and John Rambo fought and destroyed the Weyland Yutani Corporation and all mercenaries working for the corporation.
Overtime, the aliens escaped from the corporation and started violently spreading in many places of Persephone 501 in a wild way. This event resulted in the deaths of many humans in Persephone 501.
Later, John Matrix and John Rambo destroyed the aliens.
The final part of John Matrix and John Rambo's mission will be them raiding the alien hive and fighting and killing all of the aliens there. In the alien hive, the two legendary commandos' final battle is them fighting and killing their final enemy which is the alien queen mother. The alien queen mother is the final boss.
After John Rambo and John Matrix killed the alien queen mother and accomplished their mission, a spaceship arrives and picks them up. The two one man army commandos were then sent back to Earth by the spaceship.
A nuke was then used as an attack towards the parts of Persephone 501 that were infested by the aliens. This attack was executed by a member of Black Wolf.
The ending credits of the movie will include the spaceship taking the two one man army commandos to Earth.
