I think NECA is perhaps the LAST way I can support the franchise. I mean so far, the toys are just whats keeping me happy about the whole thing.

Definitely the franchises as a whole. I'm just not happy with what's going on with it now, but I am somewhat consoled at the fact that the characters I liked and grew up with are finally getting toys. I'm going to be thinking of them as memories to be collected.

I see what you mean. Is that common place for the NECA Predators? I assume they haven't got any bodies without the netting already on them.

NECA has done this with a few Kenner Predators already.

While I haven't seen their actual response to why, I'm pretty sure the chalk it up to "accuracy". As Kenner figures didn't have netting.

Which does make sense, however the Predator sculpts all have netting somewhere, so leaving  it unpainted really makes it look off. I doubt anyone would complain if Clan Leader had painted netting. Atleast the figure would look more complete.

Perhaps it will be painted in the final version. This is still just a WIP.

I certainly hope so. But it looks like NECA added more patterns to the body, black, so I doubt they will add the netting now, as it will interfere with the new patterns.

Oh my god. I have been waiting for this since 2005. I never thought it would be possible since no company had ever done figures on characters from the games.
