In the books Bran was by far the douchiest thing he ever did. 



Sister f**king was once a common thing in Westeros when the Targaryen's reigned and it was suspected that's why most went mad. 


And if he admitted all the children were his (which I seem to remember him being so aloof to the consequences of their relationship that it didn't occur to him they were his till much later) then it would remove the Lannisters from both the structure of power AND result in the death of both he and Cersai.

If he didn't f**k his sister then he'd be a completely normal dude where his most hated act was being a kingslayer............which saved all the lives of kings landing. 

TV Jaime is a douchebag compared to book Jaime.

I don't think Varys is going to replace him, personally. I see it playing out with Varys taking him to Illyrio, and perhaps hanging around a little bit.

I think they would be better off with Varys just handing him over to Griff. Why introduce a "new" character when his only purpose was to deliver Tyrion? I don't think anyone remembers him from his short scenes in Season 1.

On the other hand, if they want to keep him in the show, I don't mind.

Varys is a Targaryen supporter. Bringing them together again could be used for some good exposition in that regard.

I'd be willing to bet money on it, but then I was also willing to bet money on something else happening in the finale.

There was a casting sheet a while back that mentioned some pretty important characters, but none of the Griff's or the characters surrounding them, I think.
