Shows how much the government cares

http://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/met-police-may-stop-automatically-believing-rape-victims-after-criticism-over-historic-sexual-abuse-investigations/ar-BBpnjic?li=BBoPRmx&ocid=mailsignout

This is interesting

I can't believe the government is forcing the deal! yet I am mixed on the subject. Lots of people work shifts, lots of people work shifts with the responsibility of people lives at stake, so why should doctors be any different. Plus its ridiculous that you can't see anyone over the weekend. I get the impression they just don't wanna work on the weekend, got a problem over the weekend? too bad, gotta wait till Monday.

As for the police article, unbelievable! what happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'? This attitude of just believing everyone, is exactly why there has been so many cases popping up, people just jumping on the bandwagon. The whole setup is completely one sided, bordering on a lynch mob attitude.
Reminds me of the Russell Howard video(Junior doctors)

Is there a better breakdown on the changes? I doubt it'll be as simple as they just don't want to work weekends.

Personally I believe the handling of rape allegations so far has been terrible. The mere accusation is enough to ruin a life. I don't believe they should be handled with bias towards either way but they should be handled with better care and not so publicly. The mope mentality is disgusting (and not just when it comes to rape accusations)- especially when that mob is generally ignorant to the whole truth.

Well holy shit. You know, I actually liked Scalia even though I detested a great many of his opinions. Still what a time to kick the bucket.

Something that's not said about Rosa Parks....

Claudette Colvin (born September 5, 1939) is a pioneer of the African American Civil Rights Movement. On March 2, 1955, she was the first person arrested for resisting bus segregation in Montgomery, Alabama.

...Rosa Parks was a secretary for the NAACP. the NAACP didn't think Claudette Colvins image was acceptable as she was just an adolescent and pregnant.

For a long time, Montgomery's black leaders did not publicize Colvin's pioneering effort because she was a teenager who was pregnant by a married man; words like "feisty", "mouthy", and "emotional" were used to describe Colvin while her counterpart Parks was seen as calm, well-mannered, and studious. Given the social norms of the time and her youth, the NAACP leaders worried about using her to represent their boycott.[1][2]

Claudette Colvin: "Young people think Rosa Parks just sat down on a bus and ended segregation, but that wasn't the case at all."[1][3]

The NAACP robbed Americans of a True hero that had more grit than Rosa Parks could dream of. This is just one of many points of contention the right has with the left.

Also, Garner was killed because of a big government regulation against selling individual cigarettes. Once that's understood, it's particularly offensive that Bernie Big Government Sanders would exploit the ignorance and naivety of Garners daughter. Then again though, the NAZI party was all about building a utopia no matter the cost.

The dude posts something trying to make a specific organization look bad purely for personal gratification while totally ignoring that every organization is concerned about their public image.

It was about bringing to light a wrong that's gone on for years and having regard for an actual hero rather than an actress playing a role that copies the actual hero without paying any respect or giving any acknowledgement to the actual hero. It's ironic that one one sat down in the bus while the other was thrown under it.

I agree with one point though; I am "The Dude".

Jesus Christ! propaganda much?! American politics is so horrendously shallow, this is just to try and get black voters lol!
Plus why would any white Americans back something that is clearly race baiting against them?

I don't know a lot about Sanders but socialism won't work in the US and raising everyone's taxes won't be popular hehe. I also don't believe you will get free tuition so don't be counting on that vote hook either. Do Americans really think the US will go from paid for tuition and paid for health insurance, to everything being free...just like that! lol! not gonna happen, it wouldn't be allowed to happen. Just like guns in America, its been around too long and is ingrained into society, plus there's obviously too much money involved. I don't think America will ever change, and if the amazing ( ::) ) Obama couldn't do it, then I doubt old man Sanders will, could be wrong but I highly doubt it.

Well, anything to tarnish the "enemy" it seems like, even if it's backhanded.
