I really do see unchained dogs as vermin though.  Until you've had to sprint from yard to yard on your way home from school to avoid a pack of loose roaming dogs, you probably can't understand why somebody would want to put man's best friend down.

Dogs shouldn't be chained up, period.

It's the owner's responsibility to keep their dogs in their property at all times. When they're on the loose and terrified, that's the owner's fault. Not the dog's fault.

Your assuming that loose dogs are terrified.  When a dog runs up to you to bite the shit out of you it isn't terrified.  Terrified animals don't attack unless they are cornered.

Regardless, let's say it was vicious, whose fault is that? It comes back to the owner. The owner is at fault too for not keeping their dog in their property.

No dog is inherently evil.

I don't think a dog is inherently evil even if it DOES bite the shit out of or maul a person.  I think the longer they are separated from humans the more they rely on their pack mentality and just like humans do what the f**k they want to do.  Despite what the bleeding heart liberal animal lovers will have you believe, animals will kill for sport just like humans will. 

Not so much evil as just going back to relying on instinct and doing what is inherent in the genetic makeup of an animal. 

Humans are to blame.  Putting the animal down is better than them living in a shelter........until nobody wants it because the thought of it attacking them or somebody they know is in the back of their mind and then they put it down which just waste everybody's time and money. 

We used to shoot the shit out of coydogs back in the day.  I've killed more coydogs than anything else in my life.  Which is odd because I did all that when I was ten or eleven.  They used to be all over the place.  But I got them all Vickers.  I got them all.
