it will be avalible to download on steam so if u got steam serch for the demo in the demo section on the store page

In Sega.com it says that the demo will be available through steam to pc users.

For Germans wanting to get it: Just go to a different country, or order it online perhaps? I don't really think steam will disallow you, or else you just make an account saying you're from a different country?
