AVP Fanedit (using AVPR and The Predator) - Looking for feedback

Hi all

I think its fair to say AVPR and The Predator are.....not very good.

I noticed that both films have similar settings and thought that it may be possible to engineer a new story utilizing both films. For fun, i have created a new story for Alien vs Predator in the form of a 5 part limited series.

Each episode is roughly 30mins each. If you guys are up for it, please feel free to download and let me know what you think.

This project contains a lot of easter eggs to the AVP world like the AVP2010 game.

Its not meant to be amazing or anything, just something fun i wanted to share with the AVP community. Would be really appreciated if you watch that you let me know what you think.

UPDATED: VERSION 5.3 of episode 5 is now complete and link provided. It contains some fun nods to the franchise and includes 2 post credit sequences (one of which is the ms yutani scene from AVPR bu the other is something....different).

There is also a little hint of my next project right at the end of the credits.  :  )

Hi, I watched the first episode. I'm liking what you're doing so far, as much as it's possible to like AvPR and The Predator.

One thing I noticed right away though, is that having the shot of the two Preds hauling the hugger vats, while it's also shown that the ship is wobbling and bashing into things, feels off. Maybe consider a different shot to establish that the ship is carrying Aliens, coz the shots of it careening around and the shot of these guys carefully carrying a tub of liquid isn't really ideal.

Thanks for watching. Glad i could make AVPR/The Predator somewhat enjoyable lol.

That is a really good observation. When i was making that episode i was fairly new to using the editing programme at the time. I think now i could potentially make some adjustments like shortening that Facehugger clip and adding a juttering effect to simulate turbulence.

I am also working on some amendments to episode 5.
