The Predator

I finally got around to watching it in its entirety.  It's very meh, it's existence doesn't change a single thing.

I liked the loonies, but the film is hampered by too many silly moments that ruined some good scenes.

It borders on parody at times.

The enhanced predator was boring and not threatening at all.

It's not the train wreck that some people claim it to be, the whole movie just feels like a waste of good talent

Yep. Fortunately for the franchise the movie is extremely forgettable.

The Predators had no menace about them, you can watch the original for the hundredth time, and you still think during the final fight that Dutch is f**ked even though you know the ending.

The loonies were my favorite part of the movie. The same crew in a totally different movie would've been fun.

Everyone talks about the 50 cal massacre at the end, but that bare handed throat rip is just as gnarly.

Yeah but that was so Dalton in the 80s...

Was that in Licence to Kill? I don't recall.

It's a classic in its own way but don't think it was that great last time I saw it. Or maybe I haven't seen it enough times to appreciate.

I've yet to see it. It's one of the few I'm hoping to get through life without.

Road House vies with Predator for title of manliest movie ever made. It's just 90 minutes of bar fights and titties, and then stuff starts exploding.

I dunno. They'd be hard pressed to top Can't Stop The Music for that title.

Brightburn.

Interesting premise, gory deaths but the film doesn't really take advantage of its concept, so its a bit of wasted potential.

Endgame (2/5)

Still decent at best. Great ending though, but would've been perfect if Tony had lived too.
