Is the nostromo the collectors edition or just the preorder?

And is it available for ps3 (pc probably wont be able to run it..)? i can't seem to find it anywhere.

I don't know if they've gone out and fully advertised it yet. I know they also have a Ripley edition coming out and I honestly don't know what all the differences are. I'm sure one of the more savvy folks on here could tell you. As far as I know if you pre-order it, it comes with something extra. I haven't looked to far into it but I know its a collector's edition of some type.

The long and short of it (depending on your region):

• Preorder: you get the Nostromo Edition, with the 'Crew Expendable' DLC, where you can play as Ripley, Dallas, or Parker, trying to flush the alien from the ship (Lambert and Ash are along for the ride).
• Preorder at Gamestop/EBGames: you get the Nostromo Edition and also the Ripley Edition, which contains the 'Last Survivor' DLC wherein you can play as Ripley, trying to set the Nostromo to delf-destruct, destroying the alien, and escape in the Narcissus.
• Don't preorder: you'll have the regular game, with the option to buy both DLCs at a later (unspecified) date.

I've never preordered a game that came with any additional "bonus" content.  Does anyone know if the extra missions in the Nostromo edition are dlc or are they included on the disc?

The Ripley Edition is only being released by EB Games which only exists anymore in Canada, everywhere else will only be getting the Nostromo Edition.

Ripley Edition is available in the UK- got it pre-ordered already for Xbox One.

Gamespot has the Ripley edition in the US. EB Games has it in Australia. If you're not from any of these countries but there's Gamestop or EB Games where you live, it does NOT mean that they must have it. It works different in each country.

I live in the US, but the Ripley Edition is still not available here.  What makes you say US GameStop has it?

That's the Ripley edition. If you open any of those in the link you posted you'll see a description to both bonuses. Right now they are all preorder bonuses so it's the same thing.
