Yeah the Pred stands in water, this picture is the cover of Alien vs Predator WEB (very good art in this comics too. the astrologic theme is very beautiful in it). Basicaly it's a black and white pic. But it's a colored one in the AvP omnibus

Well it mostly depend where this pic is from.
If that pic is from AvP Three World war ,then it's the Alien that  has 1 second before getting owned.
