I'm sure there will be a AVP3, after this and then a Predator 3.

I would like to see an Alien 5, but I think Fox is not ready to go back to that yet.

as for avp-r, my interest in it has been killed by the directors biased comments and the trailers scifi channel feel. there's about a 5% chance i'll see it in theaters...most likely i'll be downloading it off a bittorent site.

anyway im really looking forward to this movie purely on the basis that i love the alien and predator series
i knew when this movie was greenlit that it obviously wasnt going to be as good as the originals
im surprised some people think that
