Sorry. It needs a lot of work done, the body is too big and the head too small for example. I take it you drew that just from your head? A good technique is to have a pic/figure of an Alien in front of you and basically try and copy it onto the paper. The more you do that, the more you'll get used to the shapes, sizes etc. The fact that you did try is what counts in the end though.
